Description
This 1959 Chevy Apache is a daily driver. It is mostly stock with a few nice upgrades. It features the original engine (235 6 cyl.) that has been professionally rebuilt 1,000 miles ago. This engine is coupled with a new clutch & a nice 'split' exhaust system. It has a smooth shifting 3 speed transmission mounted on the column. It has it's original tube radio (still working), a 'Trico' vacuum fan, a deluxe heat & defrost system that heats the cab in no time. There is a new radiator, new gas tank, side mount spare tire carrier, electric wipers with delay feature! The interior is clean & in very good shape. All the gauges work accurately. The exterior is good, paint is old but would buff out ok. It needs only minor body work before it would be ready for new paint. Has good glass all around. The windows crank well & doors lock. It comes with additional engine parts & 5 original steel wheels that have been sandblasted & painted. We have lots of receipts for work done. We also have the 1959 owners manual & shop manual.
