Classictruckcentral.com is owned by Link 2 Communications, LLC. In this user agreement, when words are used such as we, our and us, those words refer to classictruckcentral.com and/or Link 2 Communications, LLC, unless otherwise stated.

Classictruckcentral.com is a web site intended to help buyers and sellers connect to aid in the purchase of classic trucks. No one shall list anything for sale on the site other than classic trucks older than the year 1982. Users will not post text or images depicting pornography, nudity, racism or other offensive material. Classic Truck Central reserves the right to suspend any user, or their truck listings, for any reason should we determine that the listing does not comply with the intended use of the web site. Users may be suspended from the site for any reason if we determine the user has posted images or information that is offensive, or the user is using the site in an unintended way.

Users of classictruckcentral.com shall not attempt to defraud buyers. Classic Truck Central is not responsible for the accuracy of any vehicle listing placed on this site. This web site is intended to help you locate potential vehicles to purchase. The listings on this site are not verified by anyone to make sure that the vehicles exist, or that the owners are being accurate about their vehicle listings. We advise potential buyers to review a vehicle in person before any money is exchanged. We also advise that you never send money to hold a vehicle until you can see the truck in person. Users are responsible for contacting buyers about listed vehicles.

Classictruckcentral.com, Link 2 Communications and its owner(s) will not sell your personal information to anyone. We may at times contact you regarding notices about your account, special offers or updates.

Classic Truck Central and its owners shall be held blameless for any damages that occur from using this web site. This is an informational web site in which the information is controlled by many users. Some users may not be honest or objective. Buying a classic truck is always buyer beware. Should any litigation be brought forth against the owner(s) of this classictruckcentral.com web site, that litigation shall be filed in a court in Akron in the state of Ohio and/or Summit county in the state of Ohio. If the litigation requires a federal court house, the nearest federal court house to Akron, Ohio shall be used.

Upon upload, text, photos and images become the property of Link 2 Communications, LLC, the parent company of classictruckcentral.com. By uploading text, photos or images, you give permission for Link 2 Communications, LLC and classictruckcentral.com to use the text, photos and images on the site as well as for any marketing and advertising purposes on related sites owned by or associated with Link 2 Communications, LLC. Users may not upload copyrighted material which they do not own including, but not limited to images, text and photos.

Users will make every attempt to turn their vehicle listing off as soon as their vehicle has been sold.

Web sites do become unavailable to the public for different reasons. Web servers and networks may be turned off due to maintenance, natural and man-made disasters, and other potential reasons. Users may not seek refunds or payment for any time in which their listing was unavailable to the public on classictruckcentral.com. We will make every effort to keep the site and all available listings live so that the public users may review them. In extreme circumstances, we may extend listings at our discretion.
