Newer straight six. Mid sixties Chevelle running gear. All else is stock. Wonderful condition, runs perfectly. Five window, four speed transmission. A daily driver as photo shows. - new windshield gasketing
- converted to 12v alternator (original was 6v)
- new commercial grade battery
- head removed, milled, new head gasket, complete valve job and valve seating
- new water pump
- all new gasket & attachment bolts, clamps, screws, etc. (the “jewelryâ€)
- new clutch and throw out bearing
- all fluids from radiator to rear end changed twice a year or every 2000 miles. It always turns out to be twice a year, as my brother and I have never put on more than 500 miles per year since we’ve owned it.

- engine is mid-60’s straight six approx 230 hp (installed by previous owner) – runs on mid-grade gasoline (no lead additive reqd)
- running gear is mid-sixties Chevelle (installed by previous owner).
- 3rd gear slips to neutral occasionally. (I just rest my finger tip on gearshift until I go into fourth)
- all lights work: headlights, highbeams, blinkers front and rear, tailights (two, which was an option), brakelights, interior courtesy light and dashboard gauge lamps.
