1953 Ford F100
This truck is ready to be turned into your Hot Rod.
I don't have time to finish it but this truck is well on it's way to being a very nice ride.
BODY
-Cab has had lower corners repaired and fuel filler hole removed. Firewall has been notched for Chevy distributor.
Floor is in excellent condition and complete cab has been sanded and primered inside and out.
-Doors have been primered but each one has a small rust hole in the lower corner and some rust on the bottom
of the inner door.
-Fenders, grill, and hood are in very good codition with only light surface rust.
-Running boards and their mounts are in excellent condition and cross members for bed have been replaced.
-Box, bed, tail gate, bumpers, fuel tank and seats are NOT INCLUDED.
-Windshield is original but has no cracks or chips. Rear, side, and wing windows are included but could only be used as templates.
FRAME & SUSPENSION
-Frame has been blasted and repainted black.
-A rebuilt Mustang II front clip has been installed along with the rack & pinion steering, small block Chevy engine mounts, and front disc brakes.
-Rear leaf springs have been remounted on the underside of the stock 53 Ford truck rear end with stock rear drum brakes.
ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION
-Engine is a Chevy 350 (#3970010) with 4 bolt mains, steel crankshaft, Pink rods, 12.5 to 1 TRW dome top
pistons and an extended higher capacity oil pan.
-Heads are Chevy angle plug heads with HD springs and roller rockers.
-Hooker headers are included.
-Intake manifold, carburetor, ignition system and radiator are NOT INCLUDED.
-Transmission is a TH350 3speed automatic.
