UP for sale is a 1972 GMC 2wd pickup. It's a true barn find! All original unmolested with only 41,000 original miles. Im the 2nd owner. It has the original 350 with AC. (needs charged) exhaust muffler was bad so I cut it out.
Original wheels, paint and even the aluminum topper that was ordered when purchased in 72. The only bad place on it is the tailgate above the back bumper see photo. Other than that rust free/straight as an arrow. Glass all good all the way around and roll up/down easy. Door shut easy and tight! I have a another dash pad for it and it goes with the winner. Needs new steering wheel as it's cracked and seat recovered. That's it on the inside. Solid Frame.
Motor runs very strong and doesn't smoke at all. All I've done is new plugs, wires, fuel filter and brand new Edelbrock carb. She fires right off every time. Transmission shifts as it should. Bed is immaculate condition. When I pulled it from the barn it was lined with feed sacks and had the top on it which is how the old man kept it it's entire life. You''ll need a microscope to find scratches!!:) Original hubs/keys etc. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to own a true barn find all original 72 GMC. Would be an easy Show truck or drive as is. I hate to sell it but have other projects that need finished.
