Steering is tight.
Spit rim wheels, spoke hub, steer axle has Goodyear radials at 80% tread. Drive axle has bias ply tires at 30%.

This unit is in great shape for its age, and was previously owned by the State of Michigan Dept. of Corrections
Well maintained and not worked hard, probably limited to medium duty towing.
I bought this wrecker for antique car shows.
This is a fully functional unit.
This unit would be great workhorse for fleet towing, heavy recovery and road service.
